Brett Feldman has spent the entirety of his legal career advocating for the rights of others. He is a tenacious litigator with valuable courtroom experience in personal injury and property loss disputes. Brett graduated from Brooklyn Law School where he received classroom honors and was a contributing member of the school’s nationally ranked Moot Court program. He has successfully argued several civil mock trials before judges and trial lawyers in both New York and Washington, D.C.
Since graduating, Brett has relocated to the Miami area where he has dedicated his work to the representation of those who have suffered significant physical, emotional or financial injury. Brett has been recognized by his peers for his outstanding work and commitment to the spirit of the legal profession. His knowledge of the law, professional work ethic, and sincere care for his clients allows him to stand out among other attorneys in the field.
Brett is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
