Born in Boston and raised in South Florida, prior to law school Adam achieved tremendous successas a talent agent and promoter for a company that specialized in producing large scale, popular music festivals. Intending to become an entertainment lawyer, Adam attended law school at Pepperdine University, in Malibu, California.
At Pepperdine Law, Adam’s whole career trajectory changed when, by chance, he enrolled in a trial advocacy class. In that class, Adam quickly realized that he had a natural love and gift for court room advocacy. Then, after an especially poignant presentation in that same class by an alumnus of Pepperdine, Adam knew that his true calling was as a plaintiff’s trial lawyer. From that day on, Adam has completely dedicated himself to mastering his craft, including his enrolling in and earning amaster’s degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution, consistently ranked by U.S. News as the # 1 Dispute Resolution program in the Country.
After graduating from Pepperdine, Adam returned to his roots in South Florida, where at his first job at a boutique firm in Boca Raton, he served as the lead trial lawyer in a 4-day breach of contract bench trial. Facing off against a 20+ year seasoned defense attorney only months after having been admitted to the bar, Adam came away with the win; a $688,000.00 verdict in favor of his client. Soon thereafter, Adam joined the Rousso Law Firm, where he has played an integral role in the prosecution of a litany of personal injury cases throughout Florida and in California, recovering millions of dollars on behalf of the firm’s clients both through settlements and jury verdicts. Recent 2019 and 2020 recoveries in cases where Adam served as lead attorney include $1.4 million for a client injured in an auto accident, $1.3 million for a client injured in an auto accident, a significant confidential result for a client who contracted Legionnaire’s Disease from a contaminated hot-tub, $750,000 for a client injured in a slip and fall, $650,000 for a client injured when she tripped over a hazard in a grocery store, and $500,000 for a client injured in an auto accident.
